Hi, I'm Ayra.
I'm a PR Support Specialist with over 10 years of experience supporting publicists, PR consultants, founders, coaches, agencies, and growing brands.
My career began at one of Dubai's leading PR firms, where I worked closely with PR professionals on media outreach, journalist research, media list building, influencer relations, podcast pitching, and campaign support. During that time, I learned that successful PR is built on strong relationships, thoughtful communication, and consistent follow-through.
As I expanded into freelance and remote work, I had the opportunity to support entrepreneurs, coaches, podcasters, agencies, and online businesses from different industries around the world. Through these experiences, I developed a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face when trying to stay visible while managing day-to-day operations.
Today, I help clients increase their visibility through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and reliable behind-the-scenes support. In addition to outreach services, I provide administrative support that helps keep projects organized and running smoothly—from managing emails and calendars to coordinating interviews, tracking campaigns, handling research, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Over the years, I've helped secure podcast interviews, build targeted outreach campaigns, manage media and influencer relationships, coordinate guest appearances, streamline administrative processes, and support PR initiatives behind the scenes.
What I enjoy most about this work is connecting people with opportunities while creating systems that make my clients' lives easier. Whether it's helping a founder get featured on a podcast, supporting a PR campaign, organizing project workflows, or building relationships with media contacts and creators, I believe that meaningful connections and dependable support create lasting results.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, exploring nature through hiking, and continuously learning new ways to help clients build their visibility and authority.
