About Me

Hi, I’m Ayra — a Podcast Outreach & PR Support Specialist with over 7 years of experience supporting PR consultants, publicists, entrepreneurs, and growing brands.

I started my career working with one of Dubai’s top PR firms, where I helped with media outreach, podcast pitching, journalist and influencer research, media list building, and day-to-day PR support. Over the years, I’ve worked behind the scenes helping brands and experts get seen, heard, and connected with the right audience.

Alongside my PR experience, I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for founders, coaches, and online businesses through freelance platforms like Upwork. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges business owners face while trying to grow their brand, manage operations, and stay visible online.

Today, I combine both worlds — PR support and strategic outreach — to help founders, creators, coaches, and businesses increase their visibility through podcast outreach, relationship-based communication, media support, and organized backend assistance.

I believe outreach should feel human, intentional, and relationship-driven — not cold or spammy. My goal is to help clients build genuine connections that lead to meaningful opportunities and long-term growth.
